African Leadership Forum Strategies

  • Hold to the values of the Holy Scriptures, and subscribe to the Lausanne Covenant
  • Recruit suitable country coordinators to establish national African Leadership Forums as well as peer-to-peer discipleship/cell groups
  • Organize initial initiation strategies through outreach banquets and meals
  • Network with known Christian leaders and like-minded organizations in setting up forums
  • Run discipleship programs concurrently with forum meetings
  • Train members and challenge them to evangelize, disciple, and recruit their peers into forums
  • Coach all members on how to mentor and disciple new believers
  • Operate forums on a similar basis to cell meetings where leaders will be encouraged to gather regularly in the homes of fellow leaders
  • Conduct inductive Bible studies that focus on Biblical leaders and examples of God-led leadership
  • Challenge all members to work on local, national, and regional transformational projects
