Multiplication Through Mobilization
The Village Church Planting (VCP) program has gained recognition from a number of important African denominations. Through vision casting seminars, consultation, and training, OMS Africa has been able to mobilize local churches to adopt VCP principles and strategies. This has resulted in the launch of locally implemented and managed programs.
We believe significant multiplier principles are released through mobilization and consultation with African denominations. Because of its strategic importance, Into Africa runs this effort in parallel to OMS implemented and supervised projects.

Field Research
Field research is an important component for customizing church planting principles. Understanding Kingdom status and presenting appropriate information is vital to vision casting. Sharing vision with African denominational leaders and exhorting them to study VCP models of excellence followed by consultancy, brings the potential to unlock significant energy and resources for church planting in Africa.
Consultation
To help start new initiatives, OMS Africa offers various consultancy services to churches such as evaluating current church planting models, casting vision to church leaders and pastors, training VCP facilitators, strategizing start ups, evaluating progress, and others.
We also plan and facilitate national church planting symposiums as catalyst events to mobilize churches to be more intentional in church planting. We draw upon OMS Africa's expertise and international speakers at these venues.

We recently provided VCP training and consultation in countries of South America and Asia. Our VCP manual is now translated or being translated into several international languages. Praise God!!
